| Bill Cara's Week in Review #22, 2011 Posted: 29 May 2011 03:59 AM PDT [7:30am ET Sunday] Trading today is no longer the world I knew when going into the securities business over 30 years ago, a time when companies from all over the world sought a US listing. As stock exchanges around the world fight to take control of one another in order to carry on their oligopoly practices, I think it's time for regulators to exchange blows, as it were, because this situation involves us all. |
