[7:00am ET] Good morning.

Game on. The Central Bank Interventionists have moved in a coordinated way to force a 'risk-on' trade today.

For evidence of that, look at the last hour of trading in Hong Kong this morning. Then as markets opened around the world, after the initial sell orders were disposed of, there was a bullish pulse to the market action. Europe has opened strongly.
